• •All content, branding, logos, software, and features on PlanifyAI.io are owned by us or licensed to us.
• •You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.
• •User-generated content (e.g., posts, ideas) remains your property, but you grant us limited rights to process and display it as needed to deliver the service.

• •PlanifyAI is currently in early development. We provide the service “as is” and “as available.”
• •We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• •We are not liable for any loss, damage, or business interruption caused by your use (or inability to use) our service.

Your use of PlanifyAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Some features (like image search or analytics) may rely on third-party services (e.g., Unsplash, Canva). Use of those tools is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
